Q - What size is the item?

A - If there is no size listed, then there was no size tag on the Jersey when we received it from the team. If we were to speculate on the size we may inadvertently mislead someone, so we refrain from guessing the size to ensure we are not providing false information

Q - Who wore this item?

A - If there is no name listed then the team stripped the nametag at some point prior to sending us the item and it would be remiss of us to speculate.

Q - Why haven't you left me feedback yet?

A - We use a third party service to handle sending invoices and receiving online payments. They also are employed to leave feedback when a transaction is complete. However, eBay is currently in the process of changing their programming on how feedback is left. This in turn delays feedback being left because the "bot" no longer works until it is reprogrammed to fit the new requirements set by eBay for leaving feedback.

Q - How do I make payment?

A - After the auction you will receive an electronic invoice directing you to a fulfillment page. When filling out your shipping address please be sure it is a "Physical Address", as we do not ship to PO Boxes. At our Auction Helper site you can pay by credit card, or if you'd rather not, it will provide you with instructions for paying by check or money order.

If you did not receive the invoice please visit http://auctionhelper.com/ and click on the link "click here if you lost your code/password". This will prompt you to enter your email address and then automatically re-send the invoice to you.

Q - How long will it take to receive my item?

A - About 2 - 3 weeks.

After you have submitted your payment and shipping information via Auction Helper, your item will be processed and shipped the following business day. The items are shipped via UPS Ground and may take 7 - 10 business days to arrive thereafter. We say 2 -3 weeks because there are occasionally small delays.
