Listing
Create Item
The create item form that AuctionHelper offers is the quickest way available to create new listings. From this page you can not only use our patent-pending AuctionLynxx and PictureLynxx tools, but you can also schedule items for multiple durations and schedule items to be listed at future dates. The Create Item form was designed by high volume sellers to allow complete scaleable and flexible listing options. The flow is quick and the design is simple. We believe that the AuctionHelper listing form is the most efficient method available to list and/or schedule items to eBay.
Inventory
AuctionHelper allows sellers to manage their entire inventory through our dynamic Inventory Management system. The system is easy to use and allows sellers to store items in folders. Folders can be bulk listed for high volume sellers. In addition, through AuctionHelper's extensive selling background, we have created a simple navigation system to allow you to quickly identify and schedule items or folders to list on eBay.
Settings
Sellers can choose on/off for various features that will help increase productivity and efficiency during the selling process.
Strict Inventory
Sellers can choose if they want to use AuctionHelper's strict inventory system, which makes it mandatory to have an item in stock (in AH's inventory management system) prior to the auction launching to eBay. Seller's can also turn this feature off.
Automatic Notice
Sellers can choose if they want to automatically notify winners of items with preset shipping costs or if they want to manually insert shipping costs.
Automatic Re-list
Sellers can automatically re-list items that did not receive any bids.
Automatic Inventory Numbers
AuctionHelper can automatically assign inventory numbers to each eBay item or seller's can manually insert their own inventory numbers.
Shipping
Sellers can choose which states/country/locations they will ship to.
Shipping charges/Terms of Sale
Sellers can automatically choose generic shipping terms to be included in each auction.
Launch pad
Storing your launch configurations will save you time when listing future items. Simply save your settings and assign those settings to a specific launch pad (you choose the name for each launch pad). Sellers who have a large supply of the same item will want to save their launch days and times for future use. Perhaps you want to sell your Computer equipment on weeks 1 and 3, your Home and Garden items on week 2 and all Miscellaneous items on week 4. Maybe you routinely have 10 of the same item and want to schedule one item every 3 days for 30 days, or you have 70 of the same item and want to list one a day, every other week, for 20 consecutive weeks. Using the calendar-based functionality your scheduled configurations are virtually limitless.
Re-list
This feature allows you to re-list items that did not previously sell. You also can re-list items in bulk to save additional time.
Import
This feature allows you to import inventory data directly from a Microsoft Excel or Access file. Just click to browse your files, choose the file and then let us do the rest of the work. Once your data is imported you can schedule items through the launch pad or through scheduled listings.
