AuctionHelper has created several unique methods to better organize your customer database. You can search for customers who have not yet paid for their items, you can find customers with old invoices, you can search by inventory number, eBay item number, winners email address and many other unique customizable searches.

Auto Reminders
Create a reminder notice and we'll automatically send it out at the specified time you set. Create as many as you wish. You may even create certain reminders to go out after certain durations expire. For example, you could have one reminder sent after 3 days and an entirely different message sent after 7 days.

Auto NPBA(Non Paying Bidder Alert) / FVC (Final Value Credit)
Not only will this section of AuctionHelper prove financially beneficial but it will also save you a tremendous amount of time.

Auction End Reminder
We will show you a list of all your customers that have not yet created an invoice. You can individually or bulk email these customers to remind them to please fill out your invoice so that you can proceed with the order.

Remind Late Payers
We will show you a list of all invoices you still have not marked paid. You can choose which winners you would like to send a reminder notice to and you can send those reminders off individually or in bulk.

Customer Search
This feature is used to find your customers. You can search by the Title of the item, by the customer's street address, zip code, city, state or of course by name. You also can search old customers by credit card number, or any of the above related search criteria.

Email Record
AuctionHelper will display all of your past sent emails in chronological order just in case you are curious which emails were sent out and when they were sent out.
